Seared Scallops with pumpkin puree and prosciutto crisps, Sticky Lime and Ginger Chicken, Malt Vinegar and Bourbon Pork Belly, Pulled Beef Tacos, Crumbed Camembert with Chilli Jam, Chocolate Tart with raspberry sorbet and ganache. The hardest decision will be choosing which items to serve.
